I've gotten the new Arcade installed and set up. This new feature is available only to administrators, moderators and subscribers. I've created subscriber groups based on the three existing user groups: Liberal, Conservative and Unaffiliated. In order to become a subscriber, first go to your 'My Controls' page. Scroll down until you see in the 'Options' category in the left hand column, 'Purchase Paid Subscriptions'. You can either obtain a subscription through PayPal, or by money order. Once I've received your payment, I'll transfer you over to the subscriber group you would fall under. For example, if you're in the Liberal member group you'll be upgraded to Liberal Subscriber. You can send me a PM or an e-mail letting me know that you've subscribed, and what your payment method is.

A casino has now been added to the subscribers-only perks. Special thanks to sykoect for all his hard work and patience.
