I'm outraged, and frustrated beyond further words.
And that can easily be challenged in The Court via The ACLU, PFAW, etal.

And when or if it reaches the SCOTUS, which is stacked with loyal Bushies? I'm just completely at a loss for what can be done. I think we reached the point of no return a while ago, and all we can hope to do now is try to survive what's coming.

I see C.J. John Roberts as someone who is more even-tempered than Scalia or Thomas. I think he would seek to follow and interpret the law, moreso that Rehnquist.
