And when or if it reaches the SCOTUS, which is stacked with loyal Bushies? I'm just completely at a loss for what can be done. I think we reached the point of no return a while ago, and all we can hope to do now is try to survive what's coming.

I see C.J. John Roberts as someone who is more even-tempered than Scalia or Thomas. I think he would seek to follow and interpret the law, moreso that Rehnquist.
