I'm Gus. I lurk around different forums, mostly just to lurk, until I'm familiar enough with the layout and the tone to sign up, testing the waters if you will. I guess you could call me a liberal with mildly socialist leanings, although I don't like to align myself with any party. Place looks good.

I was looking for new liberal forums to post on. I was one a few like Democratic Underground and Daily Kos, but I didn't care for the tone or the direction they had taken.
